Refund Policy

At LEOORA ATELIER, every piece is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail.

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is made in small batches & handcrafted to order,

we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. 

We do believe that as soon as your receive the jewelry there is an energetic load to it. Due to this we do not offer returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, we will of course make it right.

You may request a replacement or exchange in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is significantly different from what was described

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert your email], and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A brief description of the issue

Replacements

If your request is approved, we will send you a replacement item or issue a store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If this happens, please contact the shipping provider directly.
